Rogan's Shoes - HWY 50 & I-94: Kenosha, WI

Addition and Renovation of Existing Store K-3 in Kenosha, WI  (2013):

Rossi Construction was hired to build a 4400 SF masonry retail addition to the existing Rogan’s Shoes retail store. The project included renovation of the existing retail space, restroom upgrades, the parking lot expansion and building signage.

The architectural firm for this project was Kueny Architects. This project was performed while the existing store was still open for business. The project management for this project included extreme care and safety for the employees and customers during the entire time of construction.
