Proof of insurance, in the form of a certificate of insurance with limits,&nbsp;are required:

<ul>
	<li>General Liability (required limit $1M)</li>
	<li>Automotive Liability (required limit $1M)</li>
	<li>Excess Liability (required limit $1M)</li>
	<li>Worker&rsquo;s Compensation must be shown</li>
</ul>

Please note that your certificate of insurance must include the following: 
&quot;Rossi Construction Co., Inc. must be listed as an additional insured with respects to all work performed by or on behalf of the sub-contractor.&quot;

Workers compensation and automobile insurance must be carried by all subcontractors and noted on the certificate.

Automobile liability must be listed also before your vehicles are allowed on our jobsites.

A 30-day notice of cancellation should be indicated on the certificate.
