<h3>Addition and Renovation of Existing Store K-3 in Kenosha, WI (2013):</h3> <p><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">Rossi Construction was hired to build a 4400 SF masonry retail addition to the existing Rogan’s Shoes retail store. The project included renovation of the existing retail space, restroom upgrades, the parking lot expansion and building signage.</span></p> <p>The architectural firm for this project was Kueny Architects. This project was performed <span style="line-height: 1.6em;">while the existing store was still open for business.
